For many customers, total replacement is cost prohibitive, and stains and sealers don't address the problems of existing cracks, knots, rusting nails and splinters. They only color them.

Depending on the condition of the existing wood we can offer Encore polymer coatings with a 4 year written warranty. This coating can lock down splinters, fill in cracks and prevent the wood from splintering, giving the wood a hard non skid surface that is easy to maintain. This product is available in all colors.
